Ronmor Developers Inc. awarded Optimus the full turnkey construction contract for this 42,000 square foot warehouse, 2 storey office facility for Schlumberger Canada.

The exterior of the facility is a combination of colored architectural block accented with acrylic stucco and pre-finished metal siding.

The warehouse consists of a 60’ x 250’ crane-way for the two 5-Ton overhead cranes and four 2-Ton jib cranes which lift and move heavy oilfield equipment. A sloped floor and an internal recycling trench system allow various servicing operations to satisfy environmental contamination guidelines.

Completion of this project was April 2001.
