Optimus completed this office and printing centre facility of 167,000 sq. ft in ten months using our Design Build Method. The yellow pages for all the western provinces are printed here.

Special foundations were required for the press equipment and special supports were needed for a roof after burner system. The structural design of the building allowed the elimination of interior walls and satisfied a 28' clear height requirement.

Quebecor realized savings through the increased operational efficiency of the new facility and traded in two existing buildings to Optimus as partial consideration for the new project.

As with all Optimus projects, future expansion capabilities were included in the design of the building to accommodate this quickly expanding company.
