Optimus provided the design, construction and financing with a 20 year lease to Ropak Canada Inc. for their new 207,000 square foot office, manufacturing and distribution facility. This project is designed to accommodate future expansion on the 10.02 acre site.

The building is a concrete tilt-up structure located on the corner of 272nd Street and 58th Crescent, Gloucester Industrial Estates, Langley, British Columbia, Canada.

The Substantial Completion date of July 2001 for this project was met.
