provided the financing and design build services
for Envision's new 46,350 square foot Service
Centre and Head Office facility. The project
was arranged as a ten (10) year lease and
Envision exercised their option to purchase upon
completion.
The two storey building consists of a
concrete tilt-up structure incorporating
reveals.
Subdivision and site preparation commenced
December 2001. The building was
substantially completed in August 2002.
