Optimus was selected to provide this 70,000 square foot 2 storey free-standing structural steel building using our single-source responsibility method: land acquisition, lot consolidation, permitting, design, construction and lease financing.

Optimus worked closely together with Devry in the design stage of the project to accommodate maximum student accessibility. The layout of the facility provides column-free, large-space, classrooms for unobstructed views. Mechanical and lighting systems are specially designed for an ideal working environment.

The building is ideally situated in Interplex Business Park with direct access to major arteries, public transportation and has a commanding view of the downtown skyline and the Rocky Mountains beyond.
