Hi-Tech Office Building

With accessibility for Telus' customers being the prime criterion for this facility, Optimus provided the solution for this 3-storey, 125,000 square foot structure which includes underground parking.

The building design reflects the dynamic creative energies of the people who work there. To contrast with the straight lines of the building, metal panels form a tall curve to define the entrance, enfolding and welcoming. Once inside, the building's focal point is a 3-storey atrium with a spectacular view of downtown and the Rocky Mountains.

Optimus was able to Fast-Track the building while interior design was still in progress allowing Telus the earliest possible move-in.
