In 2022 we disposed of Talavi Bell Corporate Retail Centre comprising of mixed-use retail and office anchored by Walmart. We purchased this project in 2017 and slowly repositioned and retenanted the project if the City of Glendale, county of Maricopa State of Arizona.

OLC II Logistics Warehouse
In 2017 we disposed of OLC II Logistics Warehouse comprising of 41.72 acres of raw farmland and converting that into a logistics centre comprising of +/- 1,817,350 square feet in the City of Perris County of Riverside California. This project was subsequently sold to a property hedge fund.

OLC I Logistics Warehouse
In 2017 we disposed of OLC I Logistics Warehouse comprising of purchased farmland of 68.48 acres which we repurposed and after entitling comprised of 2,982,974 square feet of multi use warehouses in the City of Perris in Riverside County California.

Corona Corporate Centre
In 2012 we disposed of Corona Corporate Centre located in Riverside County California. We purchased this office complex out of bankruptcy from a well know financial institution and repurposed the complex to include office, medical, retail, entertainment, and warehouse. This complex was subdivided and condomized to be sold to individual investors or owner operator which comprised of 114,990 square feet.

Bigfork Landing
In 2011 we purchased 133 fully serviced lots out of bankruptcy in a project called Bigfork Landing in Bigfork Montana and subsequently sold the lots between 2011 and 2020. |
